1. Free trial
Every new LeadNest AI account gets a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you don’t choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account will automatically move to a limited state — you won’t be charged.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
- When you cancel, you retain full access through the end of your current billing period.
- Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated — we don’t refund partial months.
3. 7-day happiness guarantee
If you upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan and decide within 7 days that LeadNest AI isn’t right for you, contact us at [email protected] from the email on your account and we’ll refund that first month in full. This applies once per customer.
4. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we’ll email you and Stripe may automatically retry the payment. If the invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the balance is resolved. You can update your payment method from the Stripe customer portal linked inside Settings → Billing.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
6. Abuse and policy violations
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including but not limited to spam, fraud, or abuse of the AI features.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your subscription plan and a brief note about what didn’t work for you — your feedback genuinely helps us improve.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product and by email.
