LeadNest AI (“LeadNest AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the software-as-a-service platform available at app.leadnestai.org (the “Service”). We take privacy seriously and this policy describes our practices for handling information collected through the website, the product dashboard, emails we send, and any integrations you choose to connect.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), brokerage or company name, phone number.
- Billing information: subscription tier, plan, billing status, and customer ID issued by our payment processor, Stripe. LeadNest AI never stores your full credit card number; payment card data is handled by Stripe.
- Content you upload: lead contact details, property photos, listing descriptions, follow-up templates, notes, deals, and any other content you add to the Service.
- Support and contact requests: messages you send us via the contact form or email.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, referring URL, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookie Notice for full details.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate product usage. These tools may place cookies and capture pseudonymous session recordings for UX analysis.
- Error monitoring: we use Sentry to record application errors and diagnostic information so we can fix bugs quickly.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- Stripe: subscription events, invoice status, and customer metadata relevant to your LeadNest AI subscription.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its AI-powered features (photo enhancement, listing generation, follow-up automation, etc.).
- To authenticate your account, secure the Service, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To process subscription payments and manage billing.
- To send you product-related emails — such as account verification, welcome messages, trial-ending reminders, payment failure alerts, and important product notices.
- To personalize your experience, including AI-generated content, templates, and dashboard analytics.
- To respond to support requests and contact-form submissions.
- To measure product performance, debug issues, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers / subprocessors: Stripe (payments), Google (authentication and analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Sentry (error monitoring), AWS (cloud hosting and storage), Abacus.AI (AI inference and email delivery), Twilio (SMS), and SendGrid (email — when configured by the customer).
- Compliance and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeadNest AI, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your consent: for any other sharing you explicitly authorize.
5. Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of non-essential cookies and analytics through our cookie banner.
- Unsubscribe from marketing or lifecycle emails (transactional emails such as billing alerts may still be sent).

7. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted-at-rest database storage, secure authentication (including hashed passwords and Google SSO), and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
8. International transfers
LeadNest AI is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in the product. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
